Here at SpiderServe we really do want to hear from our customers, and we like the friendliness of the opensource community, so we will be introducing a forum in the future. This will offer a platform on which to ask questions to not just the support team here, but to a wider audience. We will make an announcement right here when we are ready to go live with this feature!

We will also be making up a knowledge base/FAQ's section when we have received a few more questions from you - our customers!

So your new website is live and it has been running for a few months, but you now decide you want to change the index page and some text on the other pages. At present, we are only to charge by the hour, but we are currently devising a new support plan which will give you a fixed number of hours of support per month for a fixed amount per month! So if you want text changed on your website regularly, this could be the plan for you!

With major alterations to websites, normally where a complex feature such as ecommerce availabilty is requested, we will prepare a new quotation rather than charge by the hour.
Where possible we will develop the new feature on a dummy website held on our servers to minimise disruption on your live website and to allow full testing by us and you to make sure the new feature works as you want, looks right, and make any tweeks that are required before we transfer the new feature to the live website!
