Aftersales Support
So now your website is up and running but you have decided that the initial spec isn't suitable anymore - what do you
do?
If the alterations will require major coding changes, then we will issue a quote for all the work rather than charge by the hour. However, for minor changes we offer 2 support types to our clients. You can pay a fixed amount per month for a support contract giving you fixed hours per month of support, or we will charge by the hour.
